Our countryside bakery

Our bakery is the hub of Snickars. Early mornings, a scent of cinnamon buns and freshly baked loaves linger in the air and throughout the day, our bakery will supply our café as well as local residents with proper, homemade baked goods.

In keeping with our dedication to a slower life, we use organic flour from local mills and ingredients from our own farm and gardens. This means we allow the seasons to guide our creations, making use of ingredients when they are at their best. Not only does it benefit the environment - it simply makes better food.
